HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A Hampton man is set to take a vacation after winning $100,000 from the Virginia Lottery’s 5 Times Lucky game.
According to lottery officials, William White decided to buy a ticket while with friends at the H & H Market, located at 3503 Madison Avenue, in Newport News. He called them over once he scratched the ticket to confirm he had just won the game’s top prize of $100,000.
