NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk Police said they are investigating an undetermined death after a 21-year-old man was found injured on Madison Mews Wednesday night and later died.
Around 7:30 p.m., Norfolk Police responded to the 300 block of Madison Mews, near West Freemason Street and Boush Street, for a report of an injured person.
