HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A two-year-old child has died after drowning in a pool on June 6, according to police.
According to the Hampton Police Department, officers were called to the 1st block of Westbriar Drive at 1:44 p.m. for a report of an unresponsive child in a pool. When officers arrived, they learned Hampton Division of Fire and Rescue were already on scene providing emergency medical assistance.
