PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Thunderstorms that blew through much of Hampton Roads Sunday night knocked out power to thousands and caused extensive damage.
WAVY viewers submitted images of the damage in their neighborhoods. Thousands across the region remained without power Monday morning, as Dominion Energy crews worked to restore it.
