HAMPTON, Va., (WAVY) — Lightning hit a shed near a residence in Hampton and caused it to burst into flames. No one was injured in the incident on Granella Street.
Hampton fire units were dispatched to fight the fire at approximately 8:17 on June 14. After arriving, the firefighters found visible smoke and flames coming from the shed, according to Amanda Dale Wroten, spokesperson for the Hampton Division of Fire and Rescue.
