PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – On evening of Saturday, June 13, Dakota Williams was walking on Rodman Avenue near Portsmouth Boulevard when he believes he was hit by a vehicle.
Williams, who is 18-years-old, is currently recovering from the incident he claims happened around 10:45 p.m. near the corner of Carver Circle.
“I was walking. Then next thing I know, I blacked out and I woke up, like, somewhere around over here. I can’t really recall,” said Williams “and when I started to come to, I got up I tried to wave someone down. Nobody stopped. That’s when I turned around and realized my brother called my phone. And that’s when I found my phone. My shoes. My shoes were off my feet like ten feet away from me.”…
