PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Thousands of customers are without power in the Hampton Roads area, according to Dominion Energy, following storms on June 22.
The areas with the largest outages are Suffolk, Norfolk and Newport News in Virginia and the Windsor area in North Carolina.
