VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– A Portsmouth man faces charges following a shooting in Virginia Beach.
Officers were called to that shooting, in the 800 block of Carew Road, just after midnight on June 15. When officers arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries but in stable condition.
