HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Two adults and six children were aboard a sailboat taking on water early Wednesday morning near Fort Monroe, according to the Hampton Division of Fire and Rescue.
Hampton Public Safety Communications received a call for a vessel in distress near Outlook Beach at approximately 4:10 a.m.
