NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– A man has been sentenced additional time in prison after leading a drug trafficking conspiracy while incarcerated.
Terrance Edward Brown, 44, will serve an additional 18 years and 8 month in prison for conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and possess with intent to distribute cocaine, fentanyl, para-fluorofentanyl, and heroin and conspiracy to launder money.
In 2013, Brown was sentenced to 16 years and eight months in prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine. Early 2022, Brown, along with others, procured cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and para-fluorofentanyl from out-of-state sources and had it shipped in wholesale quantities to Virginia…
