PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Two people were displaced following a house fire caused by a lightning strike Thursday afternoon on Wilcox Avenue, according to Portsmouth Fire Rescue and Emergency Services.
Units responded to a report of a residential structure fire in the 1500 block of Wilcox Avenue at approximately 4:30 p.m.
