PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Police are seeking the community’s assistance in identifying several larceny suspects.
Three individuals were caught on surveillance footage in connection to weekend larcenies, including one that happened on Aug. 22 in the 2000 block of Victory Boulevard.
