SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The City of Suffolk announced the traffic signal at the intersection of Pitchkettle Road and Constance Road will be temporarily deenergized.
Beginning Aug. 31, crews will perform underground utility work at the intersection from approximately 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Flaggers will be stationed at the intersection to safely direct and maintain traffic flow while the signal is out of operation.
