PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Gas prices are stubbornly staying above four dollars a gallon for regular gas nationally.
According to AAA numbers, this August is expected to close with the national average remaining above four dollars every day in the month. That will mark the first time gas prices have done that.
