NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — All eastbound lanes on I-64 near Chesapeake Boulevard in Norfolk have closed due to a multi-vehicle crash Saturday evening, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
As of 10:43 p.m. on Sept. 12, the eastbound lanes on I-64 near Chesapeake Boulevard are still closed. The east entrance ramp is also closed, and a detour is in place at Exit 278.
