SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY)- The City of Suffolk Parks and Recreation Department is proud to announce the release of a draft of its Parks and Recreation Master Plan and invites the community to review it and provide feedback.
The Master Plan provides a long-term vision and framework for the future of parks, recreation facilities, programs, trails, and open spaces throughout Suffolk. It is intended to guide future investments and priorities while ensuring the department continues to meet the community’s evolving needs.
The draft Master Plan is not available for public review on the Suffolk Parks & Recreation website, SuffolkParksAndRec.com. Residents, community members, and other interested parties are encouraged to review the plan and share their thoughts, ideas, and recommendations.
