PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The High Street Fest is set to return to Olde Towne Portsmouth on October 10.
Admission to the festival is free and will take place from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., stretching from Water Street to Effingham Street and along Court Street from Queen Steet to King Street, transforming more than five blocks of Olde Towne Portsmouth.
With last year’s attendance reaching nearly 6,550 visits, the all-day festival is excited to return to Portsmouth where guest can enjoy live music, food, shopping and community while strolling through the street.
