SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– Two Portsmouth men have been arrested following an armed robbery in Suffolk Monday afternoon.
According to police, officers were called to the 400 block of Carolina Road at noon for the report of an armed robbery. When officers arrived, they learned two offenders left the business with stolen property.
