HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A man was arrested in connection with a stabbing Monday night on Victoria Boulevard following a verbal altercation, according to Hampton Police.
Hampton Public Safety Communications received a report of a stabbing in the 4000 block of Victoria Boulevard at approximately 10:30 p.m.
