VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Police are investigating a crash with life-threatening injuries on West Gibbs Road Tuesday evening, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
The department is currently at the scene of the crash in the 2800 block of West Gibbs Road.
