A woman was at an airport in Chicago, Illinois, ready to go home with her two non-verbal autistic children. However, a Southwest Airlines employee allegedly refused to let her scan their boarding passes, despite her explanations and her children’s condition. This caused the woman to break down, and the internet is livid with her.

@Southwest Airlines employee insist two non-verbal autistic kids scan their own boarding pass. According to witnesses the mother tried explaining she needed to scan the passes because the children didn’t understand how. But apparently that explanation wasn’t good enough for the employee and proceeded to give them a hard time. One witness tells me a woman, who went through before the family, scanned boarding passes for herself and her husband with no complaints from the employee. The mother, and witnesses, claim the employee discriminated against the family…
