CHICAGO — A 48-year-old woman was hit in the face during an armed robbery late Saturday night in Wicker Park on the city’s Northwest Side, according to Chicago police.

Police say four male offenders, one armed with a gun, entered a business in the 1700 block of West North Avenue around 11:45 p.m. The woman was hit in the face by one of the offenders, who fled the scene after stealing the woman’s belongings.
The woman was taken to an area hospital and released in good condition.
Police say no other injuries were reported, and area detectives are investigating the incident…
