CHICAGO (WGN) — The Chicago Park District is responding after some North Side dog owners raised concerns about the design of a newly renovated dog-friendly area at Hamlin Park.
The concerns center on the surface material chosen for the park. Some residents are worried the new asphalt could be tough on their dogs’ paws.
