The Chicago area could see multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms Friday, and some of those storms could be severe.
According to the Storm Prediction Center, most of the Chicago area will be at a “marginal” risk of severe weather on Friday, the first of five levels the SPC uses to describe storm risk.
