Itasca, IL – A 37-year-old DuPage County man faces up to 50 years in prison after being found guilty of a violent home invasion involving an AR-15 rifle in suburban Itasca, northwest of Chicago.
According to DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin, Sean Brutto, formerly of the 300 block of Prairie Circle in Itasca, was convicted Thursday, Nov. 5, of four counts of home invasion, all Class X felonies, and one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm into an occupied building.
