CHICAGO — Charges have been filed against a teen boy accused in the fatal stabbing of a man on the city’s South Side on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers say the 16-year-old boy, who has not been identified due to his age, is facing several felony charges, including first-degree murder, forcible felony murder, and armed robbery.

Authorities say the charges stem from the teen’s alleged role in the deadly stabbing that left an 18-year-old man dead.
According to police, the stabbing allegedly unfolded in the hallway of an apartment building in the 700 block of East 60th Street, in Washington Park, just before 5 p.m.
