Gunmen open fire, striking CPD squad car in Little Village

CHICAGO — At least one gunman opened fire on a Chicago police squad car as officers were investigating reports of men aiming weapons at passing vehicles in Little Village on Friday night.

Fortunately, the officers escaped injury, but bullets struck their squad car.
