An emergency response could be seen at a boat launch in the south suburbs on Tuesday afternoon, video showed.
Around 5 p.m., an ambulance and other first responder vehicles could be seen at the West Plattner Drive boat launch into the Cal-Sag Channel in Alsip.
Video captured by NBC Chicago Sky 5 also showed authorities near what appeared to be a dock at the boat launch, located at 5399 W Plattner Dr. in Alsip.
Alsip Fire Department confirmed their department was on scene but did not provide additional information…
