OVER-THE-RHINE, Ohio (WKRC) – A man convicted in a deadly shooting in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood will spend at least the next 21 years in prison.
Shawn Byrd was sentenced on Wednesday to 21 years to life for the killing of Paris Blye.
