HEBRON, Ky. (WXIX) – Kim Bell is preparing to retire after 26 years with Connor Middle School and 25 years in daycare at Connor Child Development Center.
Bell said what she will miss most is the connections she has built with families through the years.
“Like when I’m out shopping and one of my graduates comes up and gives me a hug, you know, and still remembers me from, you know, that many years ago. In fact, our very first graduate, Sydney Ballard, she’s the kindergarten teacher. She might have moved up now,” Bell said.
