CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati woman is charged with a hit-and-run crash while having four unrestrained children in the car.
Police say Bonita Soloman, 23, was in the left turn only lane on Second Street on May 30 but continued straight, instead of turning. A car in the other left turn lane did turn left onto Vine from Second, colliding with Soloman’s vehicle.
