Over $300K allegedly stolen through Medicaid billing scheme, 6 Ohio providers indicted

COLUMBUS, OH (WTRF) — Six Ohio Medicaid providers have been indicted on fraud and theft-related charges after allegedly stealing a combined $326,824 from the state’s Medicaid program, according to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office.

The cases were investigated by the Ohio Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and resulted in indictments filed in Franklin County.
