2nd man charged in connection to hit-and-run death of bicycle rider in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Florida man is facing charges after police say he failed to report a deadly crash involving a bicyclist in Cincinnati.

Scott Ross, 56, was allegedly a passenger in the vehicle that hit bicyclist Jeff Muse, who later died from his injuries. Muse was killed on Harrison Ave. in Harrison on June 20.

The suspected driver, Tyler Black is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident.

Ross owned the vehicle, failed to report the incident and later moved the vehicle to hide it before it could be processed, according to court papers…
