COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) — Covington is seeking developers to buy and redevelop seven city-owned residential parcels in the Eastside neighborhood, with the goal of adding homes and returning vacant land to use.
The sites include five adjacent lots at 109 through 117 Pleasant St. and two parcels at 108-110 and 112-114 E. 13th St., between Scott and Greenup streets.
City officials said they want high-quality residential development that fits the surrounding neighborhood and encourages further private investment.
