CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Cincinnati City Council is expected to vote Wednesday on a new ordinance aimed at cracking down on car break-ins, but small paid parking lot owners say the mandates could put them out of business.
If approved, the measure would require security cameras or a attendant on duty at paid surface lots and garages. It would also require snow removal within four hours of accumulation and mandate a 20-minute grace period before a vehicle can be towed.
