NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX) – North College Hill City Council held a special meeting Tuesday night to discuss a dozen complaints against City Administrator Arious Dukes Dean.
Council went into executive session and did not divulge the exact complaints. The complaints stem from emails to the city and social media accusations, including abuse of power and intimidation.
