COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – A man was convicted of running over a woman in Covington in 2023 and staging it as an accident.
A jury found Gary Beam guilty of assault, tampering with evidence and tampering with a witness after deliberating for just over an hour, according to Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney Rob Sanders.
Angela Wagner was taken to the hospital on Dec, 20, 2023. Beam, Wagner’s significant other, told EMTs that she was hurt falling out of his truck parked at a Gold Star Chili. Doctors didn’t believe the injuries matched Wagner’s injuries…
