A $1.75 million state appropriation will help the nonprofit Easterseals Redwood expand into Campbell County with a new campus aimed at widening access to medical childcare, therapy and adult services for people with disabilities.
This new funding, approved by the Kentucky General Assembly, will support development of a centralized site that combines early childhood education, Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care , therapy and adult day programming under one roof.
Easterseals Redwood has operated a licensed medical child care program in Fort Mitchell for more than two decades and added a Florence location in 2023. The planned campus builds on that model by consolidating services in a single location designed to serve families in Campbell County and nearby Pendleton and Bracken counties.
