CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A man allegedly broke into a Greater Cincinnati brewery and stole multiple checks, which he tried to use by crossing out the business’ name and writing his own.
According to court documents from the Hamilton County Municipal Court, Charles Rinehart was charged with theft, breaking and entering, and forgery on April 24.
Rinehart’s first offense allegedly occurred in June 2025, when he used an American Express card issued to Fifty West Brewery to purchase a Walmart+ membership. Authorities said this was done without Fifty West Brewery’s knowledge or consent…
