MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WKRC) — A Middletown food truck owner is back on the road nearly a year after he broke his neck in a crash.
Larry Cantor owns BL BBQ & Karaoke DJ Food Truck and says May 4, 2025, is a day he won’t forget. He was driving to Dayton Children’s Hospital to feed the nurses for Nurses’ Week when a car pulled out in front of him.
