Driver indicted after fatally hitting survey worker

UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – A 19-year-old driver faces a seven-count indictment after hitting and killing a survey worker on a busy Clermont County road last week, court records show.

Prince Patel is scheduled to appear for arraignment in Clermont County Common Pleas Court at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A grand jury indicted him Tuesday on five charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.
