A Delhi Township man is facing a felonious-assault charge after what authorities describe as a fight that turned into a stabbing on Suncreek Court. The incident happened on Jan. 23, when 42-year-old Jacob Fox allegedly stabbed another person in the right forearm, causing a serious wound. Fox is scheduled to appear in Hamilton County court on Monday morning.
