CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The man accused of shooting and killing a man on Fountain Square last week pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, murder and felonious assault. Christopher Shipman’s attorney believes this is a case of self-defense.
The attorney said Shipman turned himself into police after the fatal shooting of Darius Wheeler, 25.
