CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A former Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) manager is accused of stealing his tenants’ rent.
Dion Crockett, 55, was indicted on one count of theft in office, three counts of theft, one count of unauthorized use of property, one count of forgery, and one count of tampering with records.
While managing The Evanston, Crockett took tenants’ rent from 2024 to April 30, 2026, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office. He’d allegedly cash their money orders and pocket the money. Some were threatened with eviction…
