South Carolina manufacturer invests $2.5 million in Clermont County complex

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A South Carolina-based manufacturer is expanding its Clermont County campus.

Maddox Industrial Transformer, a supplier of new and remanufactured electrical transformers nationwide, announced its addition of a second Batavia facility May 5. A ribbon-cutting hosted by company executives and local officials was held Monday, May 18.

Located at 377 E. Main St., the new campus includes a three-building office hub and a renovated former fire station. Maddox’s new space will supplement its 45,000-square-foot complex at 4330 Batavia Road that opened in 2023…
