NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A sight many people expect to see in the mountains of East Tennessee has turned up in a North Nashville neighborhood.
Security cameras recorded the bear roaming along Pecan Valley Road off Ashland City Highway. According to residents, the animal was seen walking up and down the street and later knocked over trash cans in the area.
Hilda Lewis, who has lived on the property for more than 50 years, said she never expected to see a bear so close to her home, only about 10 miles from downtown Nashville…
