For more than 17 years now, “Camp Cadiz” in Trigg County has done nothing but change the lives of its staffers, participants and the local citizens — who receive the given grace of a servant’s heart, with no expectations in return.
As the program’s popularity has grown, so, too, has its thoughtfulness, organization and outreach, to the point where many have asked: “Why can’t other western Kentucky communities offer this same blueprint to their inner circles, and people in need?”
Turns out, some folks in Hopkinsville want to make it happen, and expansion of this long-running Trigg tradition could be coming down the pike…
