CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — The new Cheatham County jail opened Monday, July 6, and that meant transferring prisoners from one facility to the other.
The transfer of approximately 100 prisoners from the old jail started around 8 a.m. Monday morning.
