NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — State leaders chose a contractor and unveiled new plans to expand the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s Choice Lanes project into new neighborhoods, even though crews haven’t even broken ground yet.
Gov. Bill Lee supports the project while some lawmakers have opposed the move and its consequences.
