Magistrates approve resolution regarding Weber St. building, consider Road Program funds

It was a full agenda for Christian Fiscal Court Tuesday morning, as they discussed the potential use for road funds and made some adjustments to the rules regarding the sale of the Weber Street building.

The original resolution regarding the possible selling of the historic building came following public outcry last year after the building was marked as surplus with the possibility of being demolished. Magistrates approved a resolution in October of 2025 that determined the guidelines for what kind of business or property can be located in that building.
